Shipping your order
Once you have made your purchase, we will process your order immediately and notify you via email on the status of the order and the expected delivery date.
In order to provide you with top quality service, Follow the Leather utilizes UPS through Poste Italiane, one of the fastest and most reliable shipping services by air for all its delivery and free delivery orders.
Shipping address options
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address.
Follow the Leather cannot ship to P.O. boxes, therefore a street address must be included in the order. A telephone number is also required.
Once your order is processed, we will ship with the designated carrier, then forward your tracking number automatically via email for your delivery or free delivery along with instructions on where to track shipment on the Internet.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the belliniborse.com commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
Follow the Leather’s shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
Taxes & Duties
Follow the Leather will NOT assume responsibility for taxes and custom duties incurred in the country of destination (including free shipping packages). All taxes and customs duties are payable upon receipt of the goods. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments from Follow the Leather are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Via Vasco de Gama 65, Firenze 50127, Italy.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 100€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
